Terms of Service
Last updated: November 8, 2025
These terms govern your use of the Aubis website and apps. By creating an account or using Aubis you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
Aubis helps families organise EHCP information, track process timelines, and assemble professional-quality exports. Aubis does not provide legal advice. Narrative sections in any export are user-authored. See AI Transparency for AI scope.
2. Your Account
Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be authorised to upload any document you add to a child's workspace.
3. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the platform (e.g., security testing without permission, spamming, harmful content). Do not upload unlawful content or material you are not entitled to share.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Where applicable, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Platform features may vary by plan. Separate app-store terms may apply on iOS/Android. Pricing is £4.99 per child per month.
5. Content and Ownership
You retain rights to the documents you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to operate the service and its safety features.
6. Compliance Boundaries
Aubis provides factual extraction, timelines, and export assembly. It does not recommend actions, strategies, or outcomes and does not submit complaints or tribunal appeals on your behalf.
7. Availability and Changes
We aim for high availability and may update or improve features over time. If a change materially affects core functionality, we will give reasonable notice.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Termination
You may stop using Aubis at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or impact platform safety.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
